Matilda Maddocks Aka Tilly Valentine (Music’15) has released her second single ‘Brick by Brick’ and been marked as “One To Watch in 2019”.

Valentine was described as “one of the revolutions of music this year” after the release of her debut single ‘Coins’. The self-released track received incredible support from tastemakers including it’s BBC Radio 1xtra premiere from Jamz Supernova (Broadcast Digital Communications’ 09), whilst reaching the top 10 of BBC 6’s Fresh On The Net favourites.

 

Freya Ridings (Music’12) appeared on front cover of Music Week (24th Jan).

 

Natalia Haddock aka Talia Mar (Music’15) features on the brand new single by Rio Young ‘Get Back’.

 

Mia Mi aka Mia Rozelaar (Musical Theatre’17) has released a single ‘Talk To Me’ and writes about songwriting – a remedy for mental exhaustion.

The Convert at The Young Vic starred Ivanno Jeremiah (Theatre’ 08) from Humans directed by Ola Ince (Theatre’07) alongside Letitia Wright (Black Panther) and Paapa Essiedu.

 

Rhianne Barreto  (Theatre Bridge’17) and Joivan Wade (Theatre Bridge’ 13) are both in this top 10  and Rhianne Barrato is mentioned here. Rhianne also won the U.S. Dramatic Special Jury Award for Acting for her performance in SHARE at Sundance Film Festival.

 

Scott Jennings (Dance’06) was interviewed as the Bausch masterpieces return ‘Going beyond Bausch’: Tanztheater Wuppertal’s new moves.

 

Archie Madekwe (Theatre’13) starred in BBC1’s Les Miserables.

 

Tom Holland (Theatre’14) stars in the brand new ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ teaser trailer.

 

Cat Sandion (Musical Theatre’ 10) is a presenter on CBeebies and will be appearing in Pantomime 2019 at the newly refurbished Fairfield Halls.

 

Dawson Frederick (CAP’18) and has since taken part in a project delivering dance workshops to young people in Gambia.
